Let me start by saying you are not alone! Menopause Vaginal Dryness occurs when estrogen levels decrease and get extreemly low. As this is what happens with Menopause it is understandable it can lead to this condition.

If you are under the age of 48 it is also common to experience these Symptoms . As with agingi the body is in building phaze up to the age of 30 – 33. From then on the body starts to decline. This is a sad but true fact. Thus at anystage from 33 onwards this can be one side effect of this.

Now the real question is how do you deal with this problem. The most common solutions I have found in my time are:-

  • Eat a Balanced Diet

  • Increase intake of Isoflavones
  • Take a strong multi vitimain
  • Try a Quality Lubricant especially for Sex
  • Use Vitamin E Creams
  • Consider Hormone Therapies should it get worse

The above are a list of common therapy’s that you can try but the real test will be trying multiple. I can honestly say in my experience that some will work better for different people.

I really recommend eating a Balanced Diet as not only will it help with Menopause Vaginal Dryness but it will help with keeping a good mood and will fight against weight gain.

Memory Loss and Menopause seem to be more and more common. With women in the early stages of menopause getting migraines which effect them in every part of life.
